Our lymphatic system helps us to rid the body of toxins, which is why I am so against removing lymph nodes. You are taking away an important part of your body. Unfortunately, unlike other organs, our lymphatic system (which runs throughout the whole body), has no pump, so it may be sluggish in pushing the toxins out. One of the best exercises to open and close the lymphatic system is rebounding.
Below are a few of examples of rebounders that can be found on Amazon.
If your balance is no longer as good as it use to be, you may need a stability bar, which is shown in the middle and right-hand side pictures. You can either pull a chair up to your rebounder, to hold onto the back of it, or else when you purchase your rebounder, choose one that includes the stability bar.
If you would like to read more about the benefits of rebounding and how it helps those diagnosed with cancer, or those who would like to prevent developing it in the first place, I have included the link to an excellent resource book for you as well.
If you click on any of the below pictures, it will take you to a vast array of options.

Walking is an excellent exercise. All you need is a good pair of running shoes, and you are off and walking. It allows you to get in your exercise, fresh air and hopefully your sunshine as well. But even if it is raining, just grab a jacket with a hood, and you are good to go.

Don't worry, I am not expecting you to jump like this. You can if you would like to, but the purpose I recommend a stabilizing bar, is for those who need help with remaining stable while gently bouncing on the mat.

This book is chock full of good information on how a rebounder helps the body in recovering from cancer.
He also talks about how little of a movement that a person needs to do, in order to receive the benefit, including those who are in wheelchairs.

If you are unsteady on your feet, or hiking out on a trail of some sort, you may find using walking poles, (like the ones below) real handy. The extra benefit, is the movement of walking with the poles, is excellent for your heart. Clicking on the picture below, provides you with a link to more info about them.
